As a family, we have regularly enjoyed this relaxed style of dining. Each of us has contributed our own favorite recipes that we share together as a meal. We invite our guests to choose a tapa or two to enjoy as a light meal or choose several to share with friends or family. This is what we bring to 4 Sisters.
Whatever the true origin, tapas for us is a small plate of food prepared from the heart infused with big flavor, best enjoyed with good wine, good friends, and good conversation.
